People say things to invoke, some to encourage, whilst others do to strike up some endless banter. Invoking comments are somewhat constructed in that fashion that leaves one to ponder and question. Encouraging ones, when taken positively could motivate, and demoralise when taken negatively. Endless banters add colour to our lives, making us more conscious of our surroundings and ourselves.

The opaque is gaining clarity, and the grey is toning its white once again.
